Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation with an order summary via email immediately and then begin to process your order. All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note this is not inclusive of estimated delivery times. You will also be notified when your order has been shipped.
Most of our designs are intentionally produced in extremely small quantities and only released once, to prevent overproduction. If an item you want is no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to check if the item will be available to purchase in any other available options or when restocked.

Yes, you can. You will be charged the full sum of pre-order items at the time of placing the order and your order will be shipped 2 -3 days after the official release date. Please note we reserve the right to change release dates; however, you will be notified if this occurs.
To make changes to your order, please send an email to hello@sixthclan.com within within 2 hours after placing your order and we will try our best to assist you. We will only assist you to change your order in these situations:

There may also be instances where an item in your order has been pre-ordered. Where this is the case, we will notify you that your order will be delivered in different shipments and you will not be charged an additional fee for the shipping of your order.
Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed as we begin to process your order immediately as we want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Expedited order shipping is available to Lagos customers and is dependent on the availability of the item and at an additional cost. Please enquire via DM or email to confirm the possibility of this before placing your order and we’ll be happy to assist with your request.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from what you ordered due to our mistake, please contact us immediately and we will promptly send you a replacement item at no additional cost to you .Please ensure your item in its original condition, with all tags attached.

If you enter an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@sixthclan.com with your correct shipping and we will try our best to accommodate this request. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change your shipping address.
We do not include any additional fees on your order and delivery charges at checkout. However, on arrival in your country, you may be required to pay import duties and fees, taxes and other charges. You are responsible for the payment of these charges.

We will request you to send us request pictures and/or video evidence of the item in its current condition.
