Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note this is not inclusive of estimated delivery times. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details and other information.

During new launches, sales periods and holidays, it may take longer to deliver your items and we will communicate this to you promptly.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed. Packages undeliverable by courier services will be cancelled and store credit issued once received and processed.

Please note some deliveries may require a signature upon delivery.

If your order has not been delivered by the end of the estimated delivery times, or you are concerned that your order may be lost or damaged, please contact us within 2-3 days so we can take this delay up with the courier service and rectify it.

We will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions or natural occurrences, mishandling by the courier service, incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses and contact information provided.

IMPORT DUTIES AND FEES

Your order may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes and other charges and you will be responsible for them, it might be compulsory for you to pay duties and taxes before you can receive your order. These rates vary by country and we are not responsible for any such fees, or taxes that arise when your order is imported to your country. Please take note of this extra cost as it is not included with your order and delivery charges at checkout and we cannot determine what it will be. We advise that you check with your local customs authority to determine the extent of such charges.

Where your package is not delivered due to refusal or non-payment of these fees by the customer, your order will be returned to us and a return fee will be charged by DHL and/or their international shipping partners and this charge will be deducted from your store credit.
